摘　　要：汉高祖遭遇的平城之围暴露出西汉初期权力集团内部的分化,这也决定了"缙绅之儒则言和亲,介胄之士则言征战"的政策分歧。随着和亲政策的全面推行,西汉帝国的政治危机也充分暴露,这就是政治空间与私人事务之间存在巨大的幽暗地带,由此导致政治空间边界模糊,个人身份混乱,政治生活越来越低俗。汉武帝重启针对匈奴的战争实际上是希望克服帝国内部的政治危机。The siege of Pingcheng exposed the internal division of the power group at the beginning of West Han dynasty and also caused the state to face two different policies,that is the civil officials prefer marriage policy toward the Huns,whereas the military officials prefer war. With the adoption of marriage policy,the political crisis of West Han dynasty is fully exposed,that is a huge dark area existing between the state policies and the private affairs. Wudi of Han dynasty decided to take up the war policy against the Huns indicates that he is hoping to overcome the internal political crisis of the empire.
