多元智能理论视角下高职院校教学改革的路径

摘　　要：在高职院校教学改革中,以多元智能理论为指导,应用人的多元智能,革新教育观念、改变教学方法、树立先进的智能观念,教师在开展教学过程中,应从人才培养模式、评价方式以及课堂教学等多个方面来进行改革。此外,还需要针对学生学习技能的培养开展深入改革。In vocational colleges,it is recommended to introduce and apply the advanced multiple intelligence theory to the reform of educational ideology so as to change teaching methods and explore the multiple intelligences of students.In the course of teaching,it is suggested that teachers reform their talent cultivation models,innovate assessment methods,and develop new classroom teaching methods.In addition,it is essential to carry out in-depth reform of the cultivation models of students′learning skills.
