国家认同视域下青年志愿服务的文化价值及发展策略

摘　　要：志愿服务蕴含深厚的道德精神和伦理价值,诠释并弘扬民族精神与时代精神,有利于凝聚国家意识、增进公民国家认同。国家认同视域下青年志愿行动的引导要遵循社会主义核心价值观的基本要求,深入挖掘我国志愿服务文化传统,把握青年志愿群体的"文化公民"属性,透析以大学生为代表的青年志愿服务的行为逻辑和发展走向,全面构建基于文化自觉和自信的志愿服务发展路径,助力当下国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设。Voluntary service implies profound moral spirit and ethical value and interprets and promotes national spirit and spirit of the time,which is good for the cohesion of national consciousness and the improvement of national identity of citizens.The guidance of youth voluntary action from the sight of national identity shall follow basic requirements of socialist core values,deeply explore the tradition of Chinese voluntary service culture,master ＂cultural citizenship＂property of youth voluntary groups,analyze the action logic and development trend of youth voluntary service represented by college students,comprehensively establish voluntary service development path based on cultural self-consciousness and selfconfidence and facilitate modernization construction of national governance system and ability.
