摘　　要：传统工科院校背景下的职教师资专业首先要处理好公共课、教师教育课和专业课在学时及学分上的"摩擦"与"冲突"问题。借助"三螺旋"理论和"五秀"能力模型,可以巧妙地将公共课、教师教育课和专业课在总学分及总学时不变的情况下进行有机整合,形成以"脑秀"、"手秀"、"字秀"、"口秀"、"人秀"为能力训练与评价模型的课程新体系,加强课程间的协同与合作,有效地改变课堂形态,提高教学质量。In the traditional engineering colleges, the prior problem is the conflicts of credits and teaching hours among public courses, teacher education courses and specialized courses. With the Triple Helix theory and Five-Show Mode, public courses,teacher education courses and specialized courses can be reorganized without any change of the total credits and teaching hours.A new course system will be formed with a capability training and evaluation mode of ＂Brain-Show, Hand-Show, Writing-Show,Oral-Show and Person-Show＂. It leads to a good coordination among different courses, better classroom situation and better teaching quality.
