摘　　要：教育改革是整个社会改革的一个组成部分和具体领域。社会是教育改革挣不脱也离不开的生存土壤,教育改革必然要受社会的全方位制约。社会需要是启动教育改革少不了的动力,社会环境是推进教育改革切不断的根基,社会认可是评价教育改革绕不开的标准。强调教育改革的社会制约,意在提请高度关注教育改革的社会合法性问题,积极寻求并设法增强教育改革的社会支持因素,合理选择教育改革的恰当时机与有效方式。Educational reform is a constituent part and concrete domain of the entire social reform. Society is thesurvival realm that the educational reform cannot escape from and be separated from. The educational reform is bound tobe restricted all-dimensionally by society. Social demand is indispensable motivation to start the educational reform.Social environment is in-severable root to push forward the educational reform. Social recognition is the norm that cannotbe avoided to evaluate the educational reform. The intention to emphasize the social restraints of educational reform is todraw high attention to the social legality issue of the educational reform,actively seeking and trying to strengthen thesocial supporting factors of the education reform,and reasonably choosing the right time and effective way of educationalreform.
