基于学生发展理论的“微生物发酵实验”教学改革与思考

摘　　要：教育教学理论是教育研究的成果,有其作为支撑和指导,才能科学地进行教学设计和改革,发挥课程教学育人职能,实现高等教育人才培养目标。本文介绍了基于学生发展理论,在"微生物发酵实验"教学中应用学习伙伴模型,进行教学改革探索,关注学生的参与度,强调学生的主体性构建和个性成长。寓学生发展于实践类课程教学中,为学生发展理论用于实践教学提供了一个案例,同时也提出了一些思考和建议。The education and teaching theories are the results of education researches. They can be applied to support and guide the designing and reforming of teaching scientifically in order to strengthen the education function of teaching. We used the Learning Partnerships Model which is from the Student Development Theory to reform the Fermentation Engineering Experiment teaching and students＇ ability was developed in this lab teaching. Here we provided a case for the application of the Student Development Theory in lab teaching and proposed some suggestions.
