摘 要:以石油醚为溶剂提取获得蚕蛹毛油,碱炼法进行脱酸精炼、单因素试验和正交试验,分析了脱酸工艺中碱液浓度、碱炼温度、搅拌速度及碱炼时间等关键因素对酸价及得率的影响,确定了碱炼精制蚕蛹油最佳工艺,并对其进行了成分分析。结果表明,碱炼蚕蛹油最佳反应条件为NaOH水溶液浓度16°Bé,碱炼温度35~70℃,搅拌速度20 r/min,碱炼时间30 min,酸价值由17.40 mg KOH/g降到低于0.2 mg KOH/g,且保证得率大于65%。The method for extracting Silkworm pupa crude oil with organic solvent of petroleum is investigated. The silkworm pupa oil is refined with alkali- refine processing method in this paper. And the influences of concentration of alkali liquor,reaction temperature, stirring speed, reaction time on Silkworm pupa oil are analyzed by single factor and orthogonal test experiments, and finally the optimal conditions of alkali- refining silkworm pupa oil are confirmed. The components of the refined Silkworm pupa oil is also analyzed. The results show the optimal test parameter: alkali concentration is 16 ° Bé,alkali- refining temperature 35~70 ℃,stirring speed is 20 r/min,alkali- refining time is 30 min. Under this condition, the acid value of crude Silkworm pupa oil could be reduced from 17.40 mg KOH/g to less than 0.2 mg KOH/g,and the yield is more than 65.0%.
