摘　　要：教学资源库的建设是增强高职教育社会服务能力,促进学习型社会建设的有效途径。按照"碎片化资源、结构化课程"的建设思路,对"冷加工食品生产技术"课程教学资源库进行了开发,重点对课程教学资源库建设目标及思路、建设方法及途径和实施效果等方面进行了探讨,旨在为相关教学资源库的开发提供一定的指导与帮助。The construction of teaching resource library is an effective way to enhance the social service ability of higher vocational education and promote the construction of learning society. According to the construction idea of“fragmented resources, structured curriculum”, the curriculum of production technology of Cold Processing Food is developed. The construction objective, idea, methods, approaches, and implementation effect are discussed in this paper. The purpose is to provide some guidance and help for the development of relevant teaching resource library.
