摘 要:通过研究分隔壁精馏塔的内部结构对其进行了机理建模。应用增益调度设计将非线性的分隔壁精馏塔系统在4个操作点上线性化,针对各个操作点,选取了回流液及分隔壁精馏塔特有的液体分离比和侧线采出作为操作变量设计出了4-温度控制结构和模型预测控制器,把线性的模型预测控制器族组合在一起来控制整个非线性的分隔壁精馏塔。通过仿真,验证了应用增益调度所设计的4-温度控制结构及模型预测控制器的可靠性。The mechanism modeling of dividing wall column is built by studying the internal structure of dividing wall column. The gain scheduling design is used to linearize the nonlinear system of dividing wall column in four operating points. For each operating point, the side stream and liquid split which are characteristic of dividing wall column and reflux are selected as manipulated variable to design four-temperature control structure and model predictive controllers. The linear controllers are grouped together to control nonlinear system. The reliability of four-temperature control structure and model predictive controllers using gain scheduling design is verified by simulation.
