上海教师入职教育规范化培训体系探析

摘　　要：上海教师入职教育规范化培训体系要求师范院校或其他高等院校相关专业毕业、在中小学首次任教的人员,在职业生涯的第1年,以见习教师的身份在聘任学校与分派的基地学校接受为期一年的规定内容的培训。该体系在组织管理、培训内容、培训机构、带教师资、培养方式、考核评价与考核结果方面均彰显出与以往体系的不同特点。入职教育规划化培训体系在带给见习教师"脱胎换骨"般的成长的同时,也使见习教师承受着高强度的工作与培训带来的巨大压力。Probationer teachers who are beginning teachers for the first time since graduating from normal university or other institutions of higher learning need attend standardized training provided by base school and post school in the first years of teachers＇ professional career in the new induction education system for primary and secondary teachers in Shanghai.The new induction education system for primary and secondary is different from the old in organization and management,training content,agencies,trainers,methods,evaluation strategies and result.The new induction education system for primary and secondary promotes the probationer teachers significant growth at expense of great pressure coming from high intensity work and training.
