摘 要:新常态下,中国企业人力资源管理面临着多元环境挑战。应对挑战的基本思路是从以"人工低成本"为导向的管理模式向以"人本高素质"为导向的管理模式提升转换。应对挑战的主要策略包括塑造以人为本的企业文化,构建战略性人本激励体系;建立绩薪整合管理机制,打造高绩效工作系统;加大人力资本投资与积累,实施人力资本产权制度改革;建立学习协作型无边界组织,运用互联网技术提高员工决策力和执行力;规范劳动关系契约,建立长期共赢的战略合作关系。Under the new normal, Chinese enterprises in the human resources management are facing multiple environmental challenges. The basic idea of dealing with the challenges is to promote and transform the management mode from "artificial low cost oriented" to "the people of the high quality oriented". The main strategies to deal with the challenges include the shaping of people-oriented corporate culture, strategic construction of the human centered incentive system, the establishment of integrated management mechanism, the creation of a high performance work system, an increase of the investment and accumulation of human capital, implementation of human capital property rights system reform, the establishment of the boundary-less organization with cooperative learning, the use of internet technology to improve staff decision-making and execution, and regulation of the labor contract relationship to establish long-term win-win strategic partnership.
