摘 要:组织发展的相关理论为教师团队合作提供了理论支持。研究表明,我国中小学现有三级教师团队,二级团队是当前教师团队建设的重点。但对中小学教师进行访谈和问卷调查发现,我国中小学二级团队的合作低效,究其原因主要在于:一是二级团队的组织方式过于随意,存在角色不清和角色缺失的问题;二是团队合作过程未加引导,不受监控,导致合作过程落实不良。改善中小学教师团队合作效果,需要完善团队合作机制,从团队角色结构和团队合作流程两个方面加强建设。Several organization development theories provide the theoretical support for teacher's teamwork. Research also shows that there exist three level of teachers team in China's primary and secondary school, and the second level of teachers team is currently the focus of school teacher team construction. But, after interview with and questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers, we found that for two reasons, the cooperation in level 2 team is very inefficient. One is the way to organize the secondary team is too casual,without clear role assignment or sometimes lacking of some roles;the other one is process of teamwork carries out the bad result without guidance and monitoring. To improve the effect of teachers' teamwork in China's primary and secondary schools,we need to improve the team cooperation mechanism, from two aspects: the team role and teamwork process.
