摘  要:某轿车在怠速工况时,车内存在异响声音,严重影响顾客乘坐舒适性。通过对噪声源分析,发现异响是由新开发的可变长度进气歧管产生。然后,对滚筒和歧管本体进行原因分析,并辅助CAE仿真分析,结果表明,进气歧管本体在气流的作用下产生变形,进而与滚筒壁发生碰撞而出现异常噪声。通过装车验证,增加3条护风圈的方案,消除了异响。When a car is idling, there is a different sound in the car, which seriously affects the customer's ride comfort. Through the analysis of the noise source, the abnormal sound is generated by the newly developed variable length intake manifold. Then, the causes of the cylinder and the manifold body are analyzed. The results show that the intake manifold body is deformed under the action of the air flow, and the abnormal noise of the cylinder wall is generated. By loading verification, 3 guard rings are increased to eliminate the noise.
