摘 要:从文化哲学的视角观之,民族院校形成了多元民族文化共存共生的"文化场",这一"文化场"既有促进民族院校多元民族文化共生共荣的积极效应,亦有容易形成阻碍文化教育交流交往的"文化壁垒"的消极作用。厘清民族院校多元民族文化交流交融的内在机理,着眼于民族院校的繁荣、团结、和谐,以及民族院校文化生态的科学化建设,如何在多样中求得统一,在多元中确立主导,在多层中找准方向;如何消除多元文化生态的消极(负面)效应、充分发挥和放大其积极(正面)效应,正确地引导不同民族文化交流交融、共存共生共赢,以集体主义进行文化"统摄"和价值引领,是不可替代的教育路径选择。From the perspective of cultural philosophy,education of ethnic universities has formed a"cultural field"for the coexistence of multi ethnic cultures,which has both a positive effect of promoting the coexistence and common prosperity of multi ethnic cultures and a negative effect of forming "cultural barriers"to hinder cultural exchanges. The only choice of educational path of ethnic universities is to clarify the internal mechanism of multi ethnic cultural exchanges,focus on prosperity,unity,harmony and scientific construction of cultural ecology of the universities,seek unity in diversity,set up the dominant goal among multiple objectives,and find the correct direction. They should eliminate negative effects of multi cultural ecology,give a full play to positive effects,guide cultural exchange and integration of different ethnic groups correctly in a win-win symbiosis,and realize cultural and value guidance through collectivism.
