摘  要:本文围绕高校"立德树人"任务,比较传统的"第一课堂"大众化育人模式出现的问题,归纳指出"第二课堂"育人体系对于立德树人任务的意义和优势:开放性、灵活性、针对性、综合性;从工作实践中总结了"第二课堂"破解育人工作中常见问题的解决途径:坚持问题导向、坚持方式创新、坚持分类指导、坚持上下联动,分别破解育人工作中的"一头热"问题、"一肩挑"问题、"一锅煮"问题、"一盘沙"问题;并利用实际案例论证了"第二课堂"在高校"立德树人"任务中的实效。Revolving around the university task of "moral cultivation and talent education", this paper analyzes the problems existing in the mass education mode of the traditional "first class",and summarizes the significance and advantages of the "second class" education system in the task of moral cultivation and talent education: openness, flexibility, pertinence and comprehensiveness. Based on work practice, this paper summarizes the ways of the "second class" to solve the common problems in education:adhering to problem-orientation, insisting on style innovation,sticking to classified guidance, persisting in up-down linkage,and respectively solving the one-sided and excursive problems in education. This paper also uses practical cases to illustrate the effectiveness of the "second class" in the university task of "moral cultivation and talent education".
