摘 要:采用生命意义问卷、自尊问卷和抑郁问卷对1020名中学生(平均年龄14.95岁,男生459人)进行调查,考察生命意义与青少年抑郁的关系以及自尊在其中的中介作用。结果发现:(1)在控制了年龄、性别和家庭社会经济地位之后,意义体验负向预测青少年的抑郁,意义寻求正向预测青少年的抑郁。(2)自尊在意义体验和青少年抑郁关系中起完全中介作用,即意义体验对青少年抑郁的影响,完全通过自尊的间接影响来实现;自尊在意义寻求和青少年抑郁关系中的中介作用不显著。To examine the mediating effect of self-esteem between meaning in life and adolescents’ depression,1020 secondary students(mean age = 14.95 years; 459 boys) were tested with meaning in life questionnaire, self-esteem and depression questionnaire. Results showed that:(1) After controlling for gender, grade and SES, significant negative correlation was found between the presence of meaning and self-esteem, as well as between self-esteem and depression,while the correlation between search for meaning and depression was positive. The presence of meaning and the search for meaning significantly contributed to depression.(2) Self-esteem played a mediating role in the relationship between the presence of meaning and depression.
