摘　　要：目的探讨外周血染色体异常与临床疾病的关系,为临床诊断提供指导。方法对2 881例遗传咨询者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,经G显带分析核型。结果 2 881例遗传咨询者中发生239例染色体异常,异常率8.30%。结论智力低下、性发育异常、染色体异常配套等多种疾病与染色体异常有关,对此类人群进行染色体检查很有必要。Objective Discuss the relationship between peripheral blood chromosome abnormality and clinical diseases,and provide instruction for clinical diagnosis. Methods conduct peripheral blood lymphocyte culture on2881 cases of genetic counseling patients,and analyze karyotype through G-brand. Result Among 2881 cases of genetic counseling patients,there are 239 cases of karyotype of chromosome abnormality,and the abnormality rate is8.30%.Conclusion Various diseases such as hypophrenia,sexual abnormality,abnormal chromosome coupling are related to chromosome abnormality,and it is necessary to conduct chromosome examination on such group of people.
