摘 要:以干花椒和新鲜漂烫处理的花椒为原料,采用三种方案进行花椒精油与生物碱同步提取,比较其精油及生物碱的得率。结果,三种方法提取的精油得率基本相同;花椒生物碱得率为微波干法提取干花椒精油后再用乙醇渗漉提取生物碱的方法最高,干花椒和漂烫鲜花椒生物碱得率分别为1.24%和1.34%,而传统水蒸气提取精油后取滤液及微波湿法提取法精油后取滤液的方法分别为0.54%和0.62%、0.56%和0.54%。得率差异明显,微波干法提取精油后用75%乙醇渗漉法提取生物碱的得率是另外两种方法的2.5倍左右。This article compared the yield of alkaloids and essential oil using three synchronous extraction methods for prickly ash alkaloids and essential oil of dried prickly ash and blanched fresh prickly ash.The results show the yield of essential oil is basically the same. The highest yield of alkaloids is the methods of essential oil microwave extraction without solvent and alkaloids extraction using ethanol diacolation.The yield of alkaloids for dried prickly ash is 1. 24% and the one for fresh prickly ash blanched is 1.34%. But the one using steam distillation for dried prickly ash and fresh prickly ash blanched is 0. 54%and 0. 62%,the one using microwave with solvent is 0. 56% and 0. 54%. The yield is clearly different.The yield of alkaloids using ethanol diacolation method after essential oil extractiong using microwave without solvent is 2. 5 times than the other two methods.
