世界一流远程大学教育技术应用路径对中国的启示——以英、美、澳、日四国为例

摘　　要：中国的开放大学要遵循开放远程教育规律,借鉴国际先进经验,努力提升办学水平。英国开放大学、美国凤凰城大学、澳大利亚南昆士兰大学、日本放送大学等世界一流远程大学在发展历程中充分发挥教育技术的作用,促进了学校的发展。借鉴世界一流远程大学的经验,中国开放大学应该充分应用教育技术,以加快推进信息技术的转型升级、支持"开放办学"的理念、推进教学模式变革、确保远程教育的质量。Open university in our country should follow the rules of open and distance education,and learn from the advanced international practice,effort to enhance the level of school.The world-class distance university such as The Open University of UK,University of Phoenix,University of Southern Queensland and The Open University of Japan,give full play to the role of education technology,which promote the development of school.Learning from world-class distance university,Open University in our country should make full use of education technology,so as to accelerate the upgrading of information technology,support the idea of＂open education＂,promote the teaching mode reform,and ensure the quality of distance education.
