阜新民族特色饮食文化的旅游价值开发研究

摘　　要：阜新民族饮食文化内涵丰富,具有开发价值。同时,作为传统民俗文化现象,阜新民族饮食文化是一种重要的旅游资源,它能够满足旅游者的多种需要,促进旅游地的经济发展,传播当地文化,在阜新旅游产业中具有重要作用。阜新民族特色饮食文化有必要从四个方面进行开发:一是深度发掘民族文化内涵;二是树立品牌意识,培育龙头企业;三是加强美食旅游宣传力度;四是科学合理地开发主题美食旅游线路。With profound connotation of ethnic catering culture and significant development value, the ethnic catering culture in Fuxin, as a traditional folk culture, is an important tourism resource, which meets the various needs of tourists, promotes the economic development of the tourism destinations and spreads the local cultures,playing an important role in the tourism industry of Fuxin. The ethnic featured catering culture in Fuxin calls for development from the four following aspects： ⅰ. in-depth excavation of culture connotation; ⅱ.development of brand awareness and leading enterprises; ⅲ.intensification of gourmet tourism publicity; ⅳ.Scientific and reasonable development of theme gourmet tour itinerary.
