摘　　要：从地方普通院校实施"卓越计划"培养卓越软件工程人才入手,结合学校软件工程学科特色,提出优化课程体系、改革教学模式、加强校企合作、构建"辅导员+班主任+班主任学生助理+专业导师"教育管理模式为主体的卓越软件工程师培养模式,力图构建一套可操作性强、可推广的地方普通本科院校卓越软件工程师培养模式。Aiming for local universities implementing the＂excellence program＂to cultivate outstanding software engineering talents,this paper explores and practices a cultivating mode,combined with the Guangxi Teachers Education University software engineering discipline characteristics.The mode mainly includes implementing＂1＋2＋1＂teaching mode,optimizing the curriculum system,reforming teaching mode,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and building＂instructor＋teacher＋ professional tutor＂education management mode.It is expected to build a set of operable,propagable and excellent software engineer training mode of local colleges and universities.
