德性与规范的统一:道德重建的现代选择

摘　　要：从传统向现代发展进程中,道德模式经历了从德性伦理向规范伦理的转换。规范伦理为现代社会发展制定了维持社会稳定的道德规则,却无法解决现代人内心深处的精神迷惘和道德冷漠,使得人们免于陷入价值迷失、道德沦丧的精神困境。社会道德不是道德自身独立展开的过程,而是自律与他律、个体自觉与社会调控的统一,是政治、经济等诸多因素的综合互动。道德完善的途径,不仅需要完善的规则支撑,更需要个人内在德性的培养与全社会的配合。In the process of development from traditional to modern,Moral mode experienced transformation from virtue ethics to normative ethics. Normative ethics made the moral rule maintain social stability for development of modern society,and can not solve the spirit lost in the deep hearts of modern people and moral indifference,helps people to keep from a lost value、the spirit dilemma of moral decline. Social moral is not independent process of the itself,but the unity of self- discipline and heteronomy、individual consciousness and the social regulation,is a combination interact of political,economic,and many other factors. Moral perfect way,not only need support of perfect the rules,but also need the coordination of personal inner moral cultivation and the whole society.
