摘　　要：在英语教学中,要对学生进行全方面智能的发掘,就能使每个学生的英语学习的兴趣得到全面的调动和开发,并且养成健康的社会和学习心理;在进行英语教学的同时也要进行人文道德的教育,树立正确的道德观;适当的借鉴国外英语国家的优秀的社会文化内容,并在教学中加以运用,进而增强其知识储备;增加学生与英语国家人员的交流活动,提高其英语交流和沟通能力。In the course of English teaching, the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive intelligence can stir and develop students＇ interest in English study and foster healthy social and learning psychology; the humanistic moral education should be carried on along with language learning for setting up the correct moral values; appropriate reference to outstanding social culture from foreign English-speaking countries and good application to the teaching can enhance students＇ knowledge store; cross-cultural communications between students and foreigners can improve students＇ English and communication skills.
