摘 要:病理学是连接基础医学知识及临床实践的"桥梁"课程。病例讨论库的建设及应用,以尽可能完善的资料形式,再现病理和临床信息,为学生提供一种接近真实临床实际的教学环境,对于建立病理-临床联系,促进临床思维的形成,均有着重要意义。在病例讨论过程中,以学生讨论为主,有助于强化"学生学习成长"的教学改革理念和思想。Pathology is a discipline that bridges the basic medical knowledge and clinical practice. Pathological case database was established by collecting information of pathology and clinical patients. Application of typical case provides students with a realistic clinical practice environment for the establishment of pathologic-clinical correlation. Selecting typical cases and using them in experiment teaching has a great significance in enhancing the teaching effectiveness,learning interest,and formation of clinical thinking skill. In the process of case discussion,students mainly learn by themselves,and it is helpful to emphasize the educational philosophy and ideology of "talents development by learning".
