摘  要:采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数量统计法,研究贵州省普通高校体育教师的胜任力。结果显示:贵州省不同性质、年龄、性别、职称高校体育教师胜任力均存在显著性差异,各维度也表现不一,总体特征为:师范类高校、50岁以上、男性、高职称的教师更能胜任普通高校体育教师。建议:第一、完善体育教师的"招、聘、评、退"制度;第二、改善普通高校体育教师生存环境,实现"同工同酬";第三、继续扩大教龄短、年纪轻、低学历、低职称教师继续教育学习机会和形式;第四、积极构建一支"老、中、青"职称、年龄、教龄合理的教师队伍,创造良好的交流氛围。Using methods of literature material, interview, questionnaire investigation and quantity statistics, this paper analyzed the present situation of college PE teachers' competence in Guizhou province. The result show that there are significant differences among the different age, sex, professional titles of college PE teachers' competence, the general characteristic is that the male teachers, teacher over 50 years old, teachiers with high title are more competent for PE in normal colleges and universities. It is suggestion:firstly, perfecting the "hiring, employ, evaluating, retreating" system for PE teachers; Secondly, improving the living environment of PE teachers in ordinary university, realizing the "equal pay for equal work"; Thirdly, continuing to expand the continuing education learning opportunities and form for the short school aged, younger teachers and teachers with low degree and low title; Fourthly, actively building a reasonable team structure with old, middle-aged and young title, age and school age teachers, creating a good atmosphere for good communication.
