摘　　要：发展民族地区高职教育,是培养民族地区高素质技能人才,加快少数民族和民族地区发展的重要举措。本文以广东民族地区高职教育建设为例,在梳理中国民族地区高职教育发展现状与世界背景的基础上,剖析发展进程中存在的问题,提出探索性新思路和相关对策建议,力求为中国民族地区高职教育发展进行有益探索。The development of higher vocational education is a significant measure to cultivate high-quality skilled talents and accelerate the regional development in minority regions. Taking the construction of higher vocational education in minority regions of Guangdong as an example, this pa- per tries to analyze the existing problems in the courseof development and to put forward some ex- plorative new ideas and relevant suggestions on the basis of the current development of higher voca- tional education in China and in the world.
