摘 要:英语师范生身份认同是学生个体对自己将来所要从事的英语教师岗位或职业所持有的认知、体验和行为倾向的综合反映,是一个动态的建构过程,其建构途径有四,即:强化教师职业制度建设,构建教师职业高价值追求的社会氛围;坚持分类指导,提高不同群体学生的师范身份认同;优化课程设置,改革教学方式,提升语言学习与教学技能的协调统一性;改革实习机制,增强英语语言学习与教学实践关联性,提高学生师范生身份认同感。The Identity of normal college students of English major is a comprehensive reaction to the profession of an English teacher that an individul student is going to be engaged in that the perception,experience and behaviour tendency that he holds,and is a dynamic construction process. It has 4 construction ways: intensifying the construction of teachers' professional system to build the social atomsphere of highly valuable teachers' profession; adhering to classified guidance to improve the normal identity of different groups of students; optimizing curriculum provision and reforming teaching ways to improve the coordination and the uniform of language learning and teaching skills,reforming the practice system and strengthening the relevance of English language learning and teaching practice to enhance students' normal identity sense.
