摘 要:采用溶剂萃取法,结合柱层析技术与气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),对库尔勒香梨表皮蜡质提取条件与柱洗脱组分进行了研究。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为三氯甲烷与二氯甲烷混合体积比2∶1,料液比1∶2.5(g:m L),提取时间75 s。在此最佳条件下,蜡质提取量为(56.4±0.3)mg/100 g。蜡质成分以极性馏分和非极性馏分为主,相对含量分别为65.30%和25.90%,弱极性馏分最少为8.80%。蜡质成分中共鉴定出59种化合物,22种脂肪酸,17种酯类,16种烷烃及4种烯烃。为后续进一步探究库尔勒香梨表皮蜡质成分与贮藏特性之间的关系提供理论依据。The extraction conditions and column elution constituents of Korla fragrant pear epicuticular wax were researched by solvent extraction method and columns chromatography combined with GC-MS. Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions was as followed: mixed vol- ume of chloroform and methylene chloride 2:1, material to liquor ratio 1:2,5 (g:ml), extraction time 75 s. Under the optimum conditions, the wax extraction yield was (56.4 ±0.3) mg/100 g. The mine wax components were polar fractions and nonpolar fraction, and the relative content were 65.30% and 25.90%, respectively, the content of weak polar fractions was lowest as 8.80%. 59 kinds of compounds were identified in wax constituents, including 22 kinds of fatty acids, 17 kinds of esters, 16 kinds of alkanes and 4 kinds of olefins. The study provided theoretical basis for further investigating the relationship between epicuticular wax components and the storage properties of the Korla fragrant pears.
