生源多元化背景下高职学生“双线”管理模式实践与探索——以广西建设职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在高职生源多元化背景下,随着中职生占高职生源比例逐年增长,高职传统学生管理模式的保姆式做法呈现出一些弊端和问题,学生"双线"管理模式可以克服这些弊端和问题,但在实施过程中需注意几个问题。On the background of diversified student source,with the ratio of secondary vocational students to higher vocational students increase year by year,the nursing style practice of traditional higher vocational student management mode appears some shortcomings and problems,dual linear student management mode can solve the above mentioned shortcomings and problems,however,it need pay attention to several problems.
