摘  要:为确定超声条件对杏鲍菇多糖得率的影响和评价其抑菌活性,采用响应面法(RSM)对超声提取杏鲍菇多糖的条件进行了优化。结果表明,最佳的超声提取条件为:提取时间82 min,提取温度95℃,功率213 W,提取剂用量20 m L/g。预测得率14.5%,试验测定值与预测值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。通过对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、白色链球菌、产气杆菌、黑曲霉的抑菌试验表明,多糖对大肠杆菌和黑曲霉有较好的抑菌活性。试验结果表明,杏鲍菇多糖可作为潜在的功能性成分应用于医药或功能性食品。An ultrasonic technique was employed to extract polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii( PPE) in this study. The effects of ultrasonic conditions on the recovery and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides were evaluated. The optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of PPE were determined by response surface methodology( RSM). RSM was applied to evaluate the effects of four independent variants( ultrasonic power,time,temperature and solvent-solid ratio) on the recovery of PPE. The results indicated that the expected recovery of polysaccharides might reach 14. 5% when the optimal ultrasonic conditions were as extraction time82 min,extraction temperature 95 ℃,ultrasonic power 213 W and solvent-solid ratio 20 m L / g. The experimental determinations were not significantly different( P 0. 05) from the expected value under the above condition. Meanwhile,the PPE antibacterial activities in vitro were evaluated,and tended to be antibacterial capacity to both E. coli and Aspergillus niger. PPE could be explored as a potential functional agent for medicine or functional foods.
