摘  要:为了分析轴向力的大小对液力变矩器的使用寿命的影响,研究了钣金型液力变矩器的轴力计算方法。应用二维束流理论建立了某钣金冲焊型液力变矩器轴向力计算模型,同时基于CFD(计算流体力学)软件建立了该变矩器的三维流场模型。通过二维束流理论和三维流场数值解的方法分别计算了各叶轮轴向力大小;并将2种方法的轴向力计算结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:三维流场数值解的计算方法精确度较高,该方法可为液力变矩器轴向力的计算提供理论依据。In order to analyze the effect of the size of axial force on the service life of a hydraulic torque converter,the axial force calculation methods of a sheet-metal-type hydraulic torque converter were investigated.Firstly,its axial force model was established using 2Dbeam theory;while the 3Dflow field model was established based on CFD(computational fluid dynamics)software.Then,the numerical solution methods based on the above models were used to calculate the axial forces of all working wheels.The results of axial forces calculated by these two methods were compared with the experimental results.The results show that calculation accuracy of the axial force based on 3Dflow field is relatively higher.Therefore,this kind of method provides a theoretical basis for the axial force calculation of hydraulic torque converter.
