徐真华的大学教育思想及其办学实践

摘　　要：如何办好一所大学是每一位高等教育管理者不容回避的问题。徐真华在十余年的大学管理实践中形成了先进的教育思想,并取得了有口皆碑的办学成就。徐真华认为,高等教育要有世界眼光,要在改革中寻找出路;厘清大学定位和发展思路是高等教育改革的首要选项;大学的生存之道在于它鲜明的办学特色;大学生培养目标、教育理念和教育模式需重新审视和改革;大学应推行学院目标管理责任制;大学文化是大学之魂,等等。徐真华以改革、创新为主线的大学教育思想及其办学实践对于当下中国高等教育事业具有积极的指导作用和借鉴意义。During his tenure from 2000 to 2010 in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies（ referred to as GDUFS below）,XU Zhenhua,along with his team,managed to promote administration while developing the university at large. His signature way to prosper the university yielded quite a lot,making a name for GDUFS among major media in Guangdong Province. Since then,＂GDUFS Phenomenon＂and＂GDUFS Model＂widely set in. The study of ＂GDUFS Phenomenon＂and ＂GDUFS Model＂shall start from the educational philosophy and the administrative practice of a key figure,XU Zhenhua,the former secretary of the party committee and president of GDUFS. With reform and innovation as their core,President XU’s educational philosophy and administrative practice serve as an inspirational guideline of profound influence and significance. The author manages to analyze his educational philosophy and administrative practice from nine aspects.
