摘　　要：电子商务专业内涵发展就是要促进中职教育与区域经济社会互动发展,使中职与区域经济相互融合,而校企合作在其中起到了十分重要的作用。诸暨市职教中心在校企合作加强电子商务专业建设的实践举措主要是共建校内、校外生产型实训基地、电子商务专业人才培养方案的制定、师资队伍建设、精品课程建设及校本教材开发等,如今专业建设已初见成效,但仍存在一定的不足,需进一步探索深层次校企合作模式,完善电子商务校企合作创业孵化基地建设。The connotation of e-commerce is to promote the development of secondary vocational education and regional economic and social interaction; make secondary vocational education and regional economic integrate each other. The cooperation between colleges and enterprises plays a very important role. There are some achievements in the cooperation of Zhuji Vocational Education Center and enterprises, but there are also some insufficiencies.
