摘　　要：我国高职教育的改革与发展,给学生工作带来了新情况、新问题和新挑战,传统学生工作模式已难以适应新发展的需要。本文从高职学生工作现状出发,通过对育人理念、育人队伍、育人过程、育人方式和育人载体等方面改革与创新的阐述,提出了构建"发展型"学生工作模式,全面提升学生职业迁移和可持续发展能力的设想。The reform and development of higher vocational education in our country brings new problems and new challenges to the work of students,so,the traditional student work mode is difficult to adapt to the need of the new development. This paper puts forward the construction of ＂development＂ model of student work to enhance the students＇ occupational migration and ability of sustainable development from the actual work of higher vocational students through the elaboration of the reform and innovation of educational concept,educational team,education process,education methods and education carrier.
