摘  要:从高校体育教育的认知、目标设定、创新性以及监控和评价体系上,分析了当前高校体育教学的现状和问题.认为高校实施阳光体育教育的意义在于:阳光体育教育目标与高校体育教学目标具有一致性;可为高校体育教学提供多样化路径;可建立新型的师生关系.对阳光体育教育在高校体育教学中的构建,从以下方面进行了阐述:1)构建阳光体育教育的长效机制;2)实施个性化的阳光体育教学;3)关注阳光体育教育的延伸,促进素养体育教育;4)体现阳光体育教育的人文精神;5)构建高校阳光体育质量监控和教学评价体系.Based on the cognition,goal setting,innovation,monitoring and evaluation system,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Physical education in colleges and universities.The significance of the implementation of sunshine sports education is to make a consistence between the goal of sunshine sports education and college sports teaching objectives,to provide a variety of path for college sports teaching and to establish a new type of teacher-student relationship.The construction of sunlight physical education in college Physical education is described in the following aspects,including building long-term mechanism of sunshine physical education,implementing personalized sunshine sports teaching,focusing on the extension of the sunlight sports education to promote the sports education in accomplishment,reflecting humanistic spirit of sunlight sports teaching and constructing of the quality monitoring and teaching evaluation system of sunshine sports in colleges and universities.
