摘 要:药事管理学是应用性很强的药学专业学生必修专业课,也是国家执业药师资格考试的主要科目。目前教学模式下培养的药学毕业生难以满足药事管理工作的需求,也难以实现课程的教学目标。该文介绍药事管理学的课程特点及教学中存在的问题,针对问题构建行之有效的教学新模式,在问题的牵引下,以案例分析为教学中心环节,进入药事管理单元或生产经营企业参与药事管理过程,体验不同药事环节的管理重点,将EBL、CBL、PBL灵活穿插运用,旨在提升学生的学习兴趣并增强其职业使命感。Pharmacy Administration,which is the application of highly specialized pharmacy student compulsory courses,is the main subject of the National Licensed Pharmacist Qualifying Examination. Pharmacy graduates at present teaching mode cannot meet the needs of pharmaceutical administration,and also difficult to achieve the goal of teaching the course. This paper introduces the course characteristics and the problems existing in the teaching,furthermore,and builds a new model of effective teaching. Under the traction of the problem,based on case analysis for teaching central link,and then the teaching is directed to the pharmacy unit or production enterprises involved in pharmaceutical management process,and to make students experience different aspects of pharmacy management focus. EBL,CBL and PBL are flexible used to enhance students' interest in learning and improving their professional mission.
