摘  要:信息化教学能力不足是制约教师应用信息技术创新教学的主要障碍。十多年来,国家投入了大量的人力、物力进行中小学教师教育技术能力培训仍没有解决信息化教学能力提升问题。带着这一困惑,该文审视了困惑背后的迷思,追问了信息化教学能力的本质与培养诉求,并结合培训实践建构了能有效贯通"理论学习与教学实践""集中培训"与"日常教学、教研"的区域教师信息化教学能力培训实施策略。Insufficient informationized teaching ability is the key obstacle to change teaching by information technology. Our country has invested a lot of manpower and material resources on the training of primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology ability for ten years. However, it has not brought forth a critical change in informationized teaching ability till today. With this confusion, this study examines the myth behind the bewilderment, inquires the nature and training demands of informationized teaching ability, and constructs a training method which could effectively connect the following items—"theoretical learning and teaching practice", "centralized training" and "daily teaching and educational research". It is hoped that it can provide some suggestions for future training research.
