摘　　要：目前,高职院校毕业生的就业形势一年比一年严峻,就业难的问题日益凸显。企业对人才的综合能力要求越来越高,高职院校也由关注毕业生就业率向关注就业质量转变。培养学生的通用管理能力,能够大大增强其就业竞争力,同时也为企业输送更优秀的人才,最终实现毕业生、高职院校、企业、社会等多方共赢。The employment situation of the students in higher vocational colleges is becoming severe year after year and the employment problem has become increasingly prominent. At the same time,the enterprises request higher general ability of the personnel,which caused the higher vocational colleges’ attention to the employment rate of the graduates switch to the quality of employment. The training of the students’ GMP in higher vocational colleges can enhance their employment competitiveness,at the same time,we can provide more excellent personnel for enterprises and realize the multi-win-win situation among the graduates,the higher vocational colleges,the enterprises and the society.
