药学类专业本科生实习前教育的教学实践研究

摘　　要：毕业实习是药学类专业本科生必修的实践教学环节,在教学计划中占有重要地位。现阶段由于受到多种因素的影响,学生在毕业实习过程中普遍存在适应周期长、工作中自信心不足、基本操作技能薄弱、综合能力欠缺等问题,这些问题的出现充分暴露出当前药学教育体系的漏洞。我校以职业素质和职业技能培养为导向,在学生进入各实习单位前,依托模拟药厂、模拟药检所、模拟药店三大实训平台,对其进行为期十天左右的系统化培训和训练,将实习前教育作为学生在校培养过程的最后一个重要环节,以期为实用型药学人才培养模式的建立提供借鉴和参考。Graduation practice is a very important part of teachin g link for the pharmacy specialty undergraduate students, and it also plays an important role in the teaching plan. At this stage, there are many problems with student ＇s graduation practice, because of the influence of many factors, such as long adaptation period, weak basic skills, lack of confidence and comprehensive abilities and so on. These problems fully exposed the vulnerability of current pharmaceutical education system. Our school has to be guided by cultivating student＇s occupational qualities and occupational skills. Students will rely on the simulative pharmaceutical factory,simulative medicament bureau and simulative drugstore, carrying out the systematic training for 10 days before they begin their internship programs. Pre-internship training, as the very important link before students leave the school, our school hopes it can be providing the reference for establish the mode of practical pharmaceutical talents.
