摘 要:中医内科学临床见习是培养学生从"医学生"走向"医生"的重要一环。其中,如何引导学生掌握临床诊疗思维无疑是中医内科学临床见习教学的重点和难点。但是,学生在从课堂走向临床时往往感到无从入手,进而产生严重的畏难情绪,甚至对中医学习产生抵触情绪。因此,如何根据中医内科学的特点,建立适用于临床实际的临床教学模式,引导学生从课堂到临床思维的转换,对于培养合格的中医医师具有重要意义。笔者结合自己课堂教学过程及临床带教中的体会,对《中医内科学》临床见习的教学方法进行初步探讨。The clinical practice of traditional Chinese internal m edicine is an important step for the students from " medical stu-dents" to " doctor". Among them, how to guide students to master the clinical thinking method of diagnosis and treatment is a key and difficult point for the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese internal medicine. However, students usually felt difficult to start at the beginning of clinical practice, even produced resistance emotion. Therefore, how to establish a clinical teaching mode according to the characteristics of traditional Chinese internal medicine and to guide students to change from classroom to clinical thinking is of great significance to the training of qualified Chinese doctors. The authors summarized and discussed their own experience in the classroom and clinical teaching of traditional Chinese internal medicine in this paper.
