摘　　要：学生是教学管理工作的主体,使其参与到教学管理工作过程中,可以激发学生的主观能动性,提高学生学习自主管理的积极性,实现高素质人才培养计划,这是教学工作"以生为本"的体现。创新改革教学管理工作,提高教学质量水平与学生主动学习的积极性,是高校教学改革的重要发展方向。高校学生参与教学管理的路径是赋予学生参与权;完善选课系统;构建新型教学观,实施导师制。Students are the subject of teaching management and participate in the teaching management process, which can stimulate students＇ subjective initiative, improve the enthusiasm of their independent management and achieve the scheme of high-quality talent training, and this is the ＂student-based＂ reflection in teaching job. It is the important development direction of teaching reform in universities to Innovate and reform teaching management, im- prove the level of teaching quality and the enthusiasm of students＇ active learning. The path of the participation of college students in teaching management are giving students participate, perfecting elective system, constructing new teaching view, and implementing tutor system.
