摘 要:目的评价以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)在中职护理专业学生儿科护理课程中的应用方法及效果。方法将60名中专护理学生作为对照组,儿科护理学课程采用传统教学方法;将61名中专护理学生作为试验组,在儿科护理学的部分内容中开展TBL教学法。比较两组学生的个人和小组检测成绩,并采用问卷调查学生对教学方法的评价。结果试验组学生个人检测成绩和小组检测成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,虽然90.2%的学生认为该教学法增加学习负担,但73.8%的学生能接受此教学方法 ,大多数学生认为该教学法使他们知识记忆深刻(91.8%),有助于培养合作意识(83.6%),促进同学之间沟通(83.6%)。结论在中职护理专业开展TBL具备可行性,对于促使学生掌握专业知识,培养合作意识和沟通能力有一定效果,但要注意控制次数。Objective To evaluate the effects of team-based learning(TBL) in the course of Pediatric Nursing among secondary vocational nursing students. Methods Traditional teaching method and TBL was implemented in the control group(n=60) and the experimental group(n=61) in the course of Pediatric Nursing,respectively. The outcomes were evaluated by using students' performance in individual test and team test,as well as students' evaluation on the teaching method. Results The scores in individual test and team test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that although 90.2% of the students felt pressure on this method,73.8% of them accepted TBL and most of them thought that TBL could facilitate them to master knowledge(91.8%),improve their team spirit(83.6%) and communication ability(83.6%). Conclusion It is feasible and effective to implement TBL among secondary vocational nursing students. It can improve students' team spirit and communication ability.
