摘  要:为了提高旋翼结构产品在质量检测时的精度与效率,针对其结构特点提出多个测量参数的测量方案,开发一个自动化光机电综合测控系统。着重分析了精度要求最高的两个测量参数的测量误差,建立误差模型,利用误差灵敏度分析算法寻找影响测量的关键因素,并提出了相应的传感器校正与补偿方法。In order to improve the efficiency and the accuracy of the measurement of the rotor, an automatic measurement system was established which can meet the requirements. The error analysis of the most important pa- rameters was done in this paper. The sensitivity of error model was established and the graphs of which the input error sources to the influence degree of the accuracy were drawn. Finally the key error sources were found and the methods to reduce them were carried out.
