摘　　要：在系统分析组建本科生科研创新团队必要性的基础上,以北京航空航天大学自动化科学与电气工程学院的几组自动化专业本科生科研创新团队试点为背景,探讨了自动化专业本科生科研创新团队制度建立和实施的若干问题,最后结合实践讨论了目前航空航天院校自动化专业本科生科研创新团队所存在的主要问题及其对策。Firstly,the necessity of establishing the scientific researching innovation group of undergraduate was introduced.Then,several scientific researching innovation groups in School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering,Beihang University,was taken as a typical example,the effective establishment and implementation regulations of establishing undergraduate scientific researching innovation group were discussed in detail.Finally,according to the exact practice,the main issues and the countermeasures of establishing the undergraduate scientific researching innovation group system for the automation specialty were presented.
