地方产业结构转型升级背景下的高等职业教育发展研究——以马鞍山市为例

摘　　要：在马鞍山市产业转型升级,三次产业融合式互动提升,对高技术技能型人才需求迅速增大的背景下,针对高等职业教育人才培养层次、管理机制、专业设置存在的问题,一方面,需要建立职业院校与产业发展对接机制,加强政府统筹,建立市场信息交流和高技术技能型人才公共实训平台;另一方面,需要加快职业院校发展模式改革,明确定位服务产业转型升级,发展本科层次职业教育,调整专业结构,改革人才培养模式。In recent years, Ma＇ anshan has witnessed its industry restructuring. The industries here have upgraded three times in an integrative way. Accordingly, the demand for high skilled talents has grown up in great numbers. Under such a background, it is necessary to take measures to solve the problems existing in current training levels, management mechanism and specialties offered in higher vocational education. On one hand, we need to establish the docking mechanism between vocational schools and industries, strengthen the governmental comprehensive arrangement, build up a public platform for market information exchange and high skilled talents training; on the other hand, we should accelerate the reform of development modes in vocational schools, that is with serving local industry restructuring as clear position to develop undergraduate leveled vocational education, and adjust specialties structure and change personnel training modes as well.
