谈开放大学学习中心如何承载社区教育功能

摘　　要：社区教育发展对于构建终身教育体系有着重大意义。从开放大学学习中心的数量、社区教育本身的属性要求以及我国的实践等因素来分析,开放大学体系中的学习中心可以作为社区教育的实体。学习中心在处理好主体与全部、教与学、专职与兼职、收费与免费、实体与虚拟、共性与个性、硬约束与弹性、自我约束与社会评估等几大关系基础上,促使社区教育取得长足发展。The development of community education is of great significance to the construction of life-long education system. According to the number of learning center of the open university, the characteris- tic of the community education and the practice in the country, the learning center of the open university system can be used as the entity of the community education. On the basis of dealing with the relationship between the subject and all, teaching and learning, full-time and part-time, fee and free, real and virtual, generality and individuality, hard constraints and flexibility, self-discipline and social assessment, it will held to achieve the extended development of community education.
