摘　　要：着重介绍食糖食品安全国家标准的主要内容,对标准的变化作了讨论并提出建议,有利于生产企业新标准的执行,规范行业生产管理,促进行业健康发展。This paper focused on the main contents of the national food safety standard of sugars and discussed the variations of the standard, in order to give the production enterprises suggestions on performing the new standard, standardize the production management and promote the healthy development of sugar industry.
