护生关爱能力现状调查及临床培养途径探讨

摘  要:目的探讨培养临床护生关爱能力的有效途径。方法采用关爱能力评价表(caring ability inventory,CAI),对2014级参加临床实践学习的护生进行问卷调查,了解护生的关爱能力;通过临床熏陶和教育1个月,出科时再对护生的关爱能力进行问卷调查。结果护生出科时关爱能力总分均值和各维度均值,与护生入科时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充满关爱的临床氛围和关爱教育对护生关爱能力的提升有帮助,是培养护生关爱能力的有效途径。Objective To cultivate the humanistic quality of nursing students. Methods Using the caring ability inventory(CAI) for the grade of 2014 nursing students practicing in our department to investigate of nursing students' humanistic quality;through a series of practical teaching with humanistic culture, reinvestigating the nursing students' humanistic quality when they were graduation with a questionnaire.Results The compared of humanistic quality of nursing students in the entrance of our department and the graduation was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical practice with good humanistic atmosphere has greatly improved the humanistic level of nursing students, and it is an opportunity to develop nursing students' humanistic quality, the practice teaching base should paid attention.
