摘  要:职业教育集团是一个协同合作的发展共同体,职业教育集团内的职业教育学校、用人单位、行政管理部门和行业协会等各自具有自身的发展逻辑和价值诉求,在现实运行过程中,各方主体之间存在诸多问题。构建合理的职业教育集团化办学内部治理机制需从职业教育的内在发展逻辑出发,合理关照各方利益主体的价值诉求;以治理主体及其关系厘清、治理架构及其规则制定、治理方式及其运行保障等三个不同层面的关键问题为突破口,促进职业教育集团化办学的民主化、规范化和科学化。Vocational education group is a collaborative cooperation development community. Vocational education group in vocational education schools, units, administrative departments and industry associations have their own development logic and value appeal, in real operation, between the main parties exist many conflicts in reality. Its inherent development logic of vocational education as the basis, the value pursuit of reasonable care of the main interests of all parties, the key problem of the three different levels of governance bodies and their relationship to clarify, governance structure and its rulemaking, governance and operational support as a breakthrough in the establishment of the internal governance mechanism of reasonable professional vocational education group school, to promote the vocational education group school democratization, standardized and scientific as the goal pursuit.
