摘　　要：作为高校培养适应社会发展所需人才的一个重要手段,学业指导应该成为高等院校教学的一个重要组成部分,特别是在新形势下培养能胜岗、能转岗的应用型人才尤其重要。学生的认知能力、学习习惯、生活状态,老师的悉心指导、精心安排、合理组织,学校的领导重视、教学规划、资金投入,这三方的合力会通过学业指导这样一个环节起到明显的积极作用,以促进学生健康成长,有助于学生学业的提升。As an important means to adapt to social development needs,academic guidance should be an important part of teaching in higher vocational colleges, especially in the new situation to competent for a job, and transfer to another job. The students＇ cognitive ability, learning habits, living conditions, the teacher＇s guidance, careful arrangement, reasonable organization, and the leadership attention, teaching plan, Capital investment, these three parties can play a significant positive role in promoting the growth of students＇ health and the improvement of students＇ learning.
